What's the difference between the Chateau?
It's different from other places because it's not the typical hotel, it is a home away from home. We will do our best to offer "an almost life-like experience" especially when you buy our (Role-Play)RP-Package *available on request*- very limited availability.
How long has the Chateau been around?
The Idea of this Chateau has existed for over 14 years in the mind of its founder/owner, this platform just provided an opportunity to bring this dream to life virtually.
What's the most popular amenity at the Chateau?
The restaurant at the Chateau is one of the most popular amenities, with its elegant atmosphere and delicious cuisine. Guests can enjoy a gourmet meal in a luxurious and relaxing environment, surrounded by beautiful decor and attentive service.
Is the Chateau open to the public?
No. Access into the Chateau is restricted hence why we state this is not your regular hotel, this is something else, something magical, personal and bespoke. To gain access into the Chateau or to request an inworld tour with the intention to book a stay at the Chateau please do not hesitate to contact us- at bookings@otsluxury.com
How many rooms are there at the Chateau?
A total of 14 Suites/Lounges in the Main Chateau and 4 Outer buildings in the Large Garden area.
How do I know how much my suite will cost?
You will find out when you contact us with the name of the suite you are interested in booking, as prices vary depending on the number of nights you intend to spend at the Chateau, we offer a discount for specific bookings.
Can I add a baby cot or personal decor to my suite?
Yes, but this allowance is limited. You'd have to be mindful of land impact due to sharing the available Prims with others staying at the Chateau. You'd also need to be a member of the Group.
Are we allowed to request A double, King-sized, or Single bed?
Yes. So everyone has specific needs hence why we did not show off bed sizes in photos on the website, because previous guests have had personal bedding preferences
and we wanted you all to know you also have that choice, we merely gave you a glimpse of the bedroom aesthetics.
Does the Chateau OTSM provide early check-in?
At Chateau OTSM we provide our guests a unique service of 24-hour use of the suite. It is sometimes possible to check in early however this is subject to availability. To ensure your Suite is ready upon arrival, we recommend you reserve the Suite one night in advance. Please contact us directly to check if the Suite will be ready when you arrive. We recommend our guests to advise their arrival time when they make the booking.
How many people can stay in a suite?
Each guest suite can accommodate a maximum of three (3) adults. Please note that the third person will be charged. For more details please contact us directly- bookings@otsluxury.com
The larger suites could accommodate more Adults but you'd need to request this and we will advise on the price.
Are the guests lodging at the Chateau allowed access to the restaurant?
Yes. All residents lodging at the Chateau have full access to all the areas in and out, including the restaurant and Afternoon Tea area.
How do I know if a particular hotel has rooms available?
Great question. This is one of the reasons we did not add the "BOOK NOW" button on the website to avoid confusion. View the suites via the Suites tab, and email or IM us Inworld- @ogespanish
with the name of your preferred suite, if it's available you will be made aware of this immediately.
How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
A confirmation email or IM will be sent to the address you provided within 24 hours of booking along with a notecard containing important information.
How many rooms and nights can I reserve in a single online booking?
You can reserve up to 7 of each type of Suite available and up to a 20-night stay, *subject to availability*
How can I extend my stay?
You can always extend your stay, but this is subject to availability for the requested dates so please pre-inform us should you need to extend your night stay just in case someone is due to arrive after you and has reserved that same Suite.
How do I Access the "1-night free stay"?
You'd have to book the suite for a maximum of 7 days.
